At Zaste, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and Unworn: The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of use or wear.
  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

1.3 Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@zaste.life within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely with the original packaging and accessories. Include the RMA number and ship the item to the provided address.

1.4 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is accepted, return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund.

1.5 Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets eligibility criteria. We will notify you of approval or rejection within 10 business days.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Conditions:

  • Full Refund: Provided the item is in original, unused condition.
  • Partial Refund: For items returned in damaged or used condition, or missing parts/accessories.

2.2 Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 15 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.

2.3 Shipping Fees
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part. If that’s the case, we will refund the return shipping cost.

2.4 Store Credit
Alternatively, you can opt for store credit for the return amount. Store credits can be used for future purchases and do not expire.

3. Exchanges

3.1 Exchange Eligibility
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

3.2 Exchange Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you. You may be responsible for shipping charges for the replacement, depending on the reason for the exchange.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

4.1 Reporting Issues
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately at support@zaste.life. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect or damage.

4.2 Resolution
We will work to resolve the issue promptly, either by offering a replacement, repair, or refund. In cases of defective or damaged items, we will cover all shipping costs.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before processing or shipping. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it must be treated as a return.

5.2 Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your order is canceled before processing, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The return must meet the same conditions as outlined above, including being unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
